Perfect Patter™ is a transformative programme of one-to-one and group sessions designed to help people communicate with confidence, authenticity and impact.
Developed and delivered by Tish Tindall — award-winning composer, performer, producer and educator — the programme brings together over thirty years of performing-arts education and more than a decade in employability training.
Living and working in Lossiemouth, and co-founder of the Lossie Entertainment Academy, Tish also works internationally within the entertainment industry. Her experience gives her a unique understanding of what it takes to pitch, perform, adapt and thrive — again and again.
Perfect Patter™ for Creatives
A life-changing experience that helps artists, performers, educators and creatives rediscover their voice and confidence.
Through a blend of performance techniques and practical coaching, Tish creates a safe, supportive and energising space to:
- Build natural confidence and creative presence
- Communicate ideas with clarity and authenticity
- Overcome nerves and self-doubt
- Reconnect with creativity and purpose
Perfect Patter™ for Creatives sessions are tried, tested and transformative — and can also contribute toward accreditation.

Perfect Patter™ for Employability
Formally recognised by the Deputy Minister for Employability in Scotland, Perfect Patter™ has been running successfully since spring 2024 and is currently delivered across the North of Scotland through local authorities and the DWP.
The programme supports participants to:
- Build lasting confidence and communication skills
- Thrive in interviews, work placements and professional settings
- Overcome barriers that often prevent sustained employment
With a 99 % pass rate for RSL Awards (Grade 6 Public Speaking), Perfect Patter™ is delivered directly at partner venues through:
- Small group workshops (up to 6 participants)
- Flexible one-to-one coaching for individual support
Current programmes are scheduled for 2025, with advance bookings open for 2026.
